This webinar features HJC’s online marketing consultant Shannon Pitt, and Heather Tallent online communications manager at Humane Society International. Shannon will provide an overview of online marketing strategy and tactics from SMS to SEM, display to email. With experience running localized and international campaigns for HSI Heather will share tactics and lessons learned from the nonprofit perspective.

Shannon C. Pitt
Interactive Marketing Consultant
Shannon heads the interactive marketing department at HJC. She began her media career at a leading Canadian advertising agency, buying and planning for major North American and International consumer goods and brands. Moving into the non-profit sector has allowed her to work closely with organizations she believes in. Now at HJC, Shannon works to develop online plans and marketing strategies for clients such as cbm Canada, MSF US, HSI and others. Shannon graduated from Bishop’s University with a double Honors degree in Media and Communications and English Literature.
Shannon works to build effective multi-platform campaigns locally and internationally. Humane Society International is a long time client of HJC. Shannon worked to execute a very high profile and award winning online media campaign in an effort to lobby for an EU ban on seal product trade. She has worked to push into the EU and UK markets with success.
